However, there came a time when a heavy cloud of anxiety, depression, and burnout swept me off my feet, even while I was living amidst the beauty of Australia's most stunning beaches. Suddenly, I couldn't recognize myself anymore.
For months, despair consumed me entirely, leaving me unable to see a way forward. Eventually, I had to retreat to my parents' home near Amsterdam, convinced that I'd never find my way back to happiness.
But, against all odds, I did recover. And not only that, I emerged from the experience even stronger than before.
During my journey to healing, I created what I call an "exercise-book" for myself. It became a source of hope, love, and a practical guide, ensuring I'd never feel lost in the darkness if another storm were to strike.
Now, it's my mission to extend a helping hand to others, ensuring no one ever has to endure the profound loneliness I once felt.
